SUV SOLD IN AUSTRALIA IS URGENTLY RECALLED

Almost 3,000 Jeep Grand Cherokees have been recalled over fears the vehicles' wheels could fall off.
Fiat-Chrysler Australia issued the urgent recall notice on Monday for the Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee L models built between 2021 and 2023.
It said suspension flaws could cause the SUV's wheels to fall off.
'The upper control arm retaining bolts may have been damaged during vehicle assembly,' the FCA said.
'This may cause the wheels to detach from the vehicle while driving, resulting in a loss of control.
'A loss of vehicle control increases the risk of an accident, causing serious injuries or death to the driver and/or vehicle occupants or other road users.'
A total of 2,854 cars are affected by the recall - including both two-row and three-row models.
A list of recalled vehicle identification numbers is available on the FCA website.
Owners of the affects Jeeps are advised to contact their nearest authorised dealership as soon as possible to have repair work complete, free of charge.
