MMDA STARTS SENDING NOTICES TO TRAFFIC VIOLATORS AMID NCAP

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has started sending notices to traffic violators amid the implementation of No Contact Apprehension Policy.

In a Facebook post, MMDA said the notices of violation were issued after a thorough review of the infractions caught on camera.

The MMDA Motorcycle Unit sent the notices to the addresses of the vehicle owners in Metro Manila, based on record of the Land Transportation Office. Other notices were sent through PhilPost, including those whose addresses are outside the National Capital Region.

MMDA assured the public that violations caught on camera undergo manual review and verification. — AOL, GMA Integrated News
